Congratulations Pinie Girl!!!

I HAD to have this set from Papertrey designed by my friend Heather! Congratulations my friend.... I'm SO happy and proud of you! RUSTIC BRANCHES ROCKS! Can't wait to see what else Pinefeather Press has in store for us! I wish I could have been at the retreat this year to celebrate in person, but It was nice to be able to tell her congrats over the phone. YOU GO GIRL!! :)

Of course I had to also get out my Kraft cardstock. Pinie is the queen of kraft.... I love all that she touches!

Here is the recipe:

Stamps: Rustic Branches (Pinefeather Press) Available at Papertrey Ink.
Ink: Ranger Distress Soot Black, Craft Whisper White.
Paper: Kraft, Whisper White, Basic Black.
Other: Shimmerz Celery Paint, Small Paint Brush, Polka Dotted Ribbon (starlitstudio), Dimensionals, Cuttlebug Embossing Borders, Nesties, Janome Sew Mini, Scor-pal.

I painted a piece of Kraft cardstock with a wide paint brush using the Celery Shimmerz Paint, let it dry, then ran it through my Cuttlebug with one of the new embossing borders. I also added paint to all the leaves. I love how the Shimmerz brings the Shazam factor to this card. It's just the right touch of shimmer.

Hope you all have a terrific day. I'm off to hunt for a saxophone and a trumpet for the twins. They decided they both want to be in band. Oh, man.... just imagine my house next week while they practice. Always so much fun here at the Turnbow house. :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Very pretty. I love the shimmerz celery paint on this card. I've never used kraft. It always looks so good on the things you make. I don't know how you find time with twins to get so much done. My twins have just started Kindergarten.. maybe now I'll find a bit of time between groceries and housework. Love seeing your stuff!

Love the card!! Good luck on the band practicing. Ryan took drums and still plays them! Heather is learning the electric guitar on her own. Ryan started at trombone but didn't like it. I agree on the buy earplugs!!
