YOU ROCK!

Had to get this new set from Stampin'Up! as soon as I saw it. Isn't it adorable? I love that sentiment too.... YOU ROCK. So, what better to go with that sentiment than some iTunes? Oh yah, rockin' indeed baby....

This is a slider that opens up to show a gift card. I saved the instructions a long time ago, from I think Jenn's blog. I will find out for sure and post. I tweaked it though, so I'll try and get a tutorial done later this week if anyone is interested. You pull on both chocolate chip tabs and they slide open to reveal an iTunes gift card.

Here is what it looks like when opened:

I paper pieced the skull and then colored in the bones with my Copic Marker. I made the eyes pop up with Dimensionals, and added Angel Wings Shimmerz Paint to the teeth.

Here's the Recipe:

Stamps: Just Jawing
Paper: Pink Pirouette Textured Card stock, Georgia Peach Designer Paper, Chocolate Chip card stock.
Ink: Adirondack Pitch Black, Copic Marker, Craft Close to Cocoa.
Other: Top Notch Die, Big Shot, Round Tab Punch, Paper Snips, Crafter's Tool Kit, Vintage Brads, Dimensionals, Word Window Punch, 3/4 inch Circle Punch, Angel Wings Shimmerz Paint.

Man, my computer is acting up... I think it's time for a new one. So, I need to get busy and back up my stuff and get my photos off. I couldn't get the directions that I used to even open today! UGH! I'm working on a matching notepad cover to go along with this gift card, so if my computer is still alive, I'll share that tomorrow. :)

Have a super weekend, thanks for stopping by
!

This is adorable and I can't wait for the tutorial. I'm always looking for "new" things to create and this definitely qualifies. I'm pretty good at CASEing, but I don't get originally creative that often. Thanks for sharing.

Robin.. you can use anything for the front panel, you do not need a big shot. You can cut any size card stock that will fit the front.

The tutorial is posted here:
