Glad to see you're back! I do too stop by to get inspiration...
Keep up the great job!!!
I don't think you're a bad blogger. My idea of quick and easy involves a drive-through window
I often by stop to get a lift of inspiration. Welcome Back!
I wanted to check out the sketch card you did for Beate and found this yummy candy! TFS!
I love your blog and check it every day as well. I just wish I had more time so I could be as creative as you.
I'm making these this afternoon!!
http://www.joythebaker.com/blog/archives/168
Call me next time you are in Eugene!!
Thanks for sharing some blog candy. I will share a recipe for my new favorite appetizer that I got off my favorite recipe site allrecipes.com.
Jalapeno Popper Spread
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
4 ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
6 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained (or to taste)
1 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1. Stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a bowl until smooth. Stir in green chilies and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a oven proof serving dish. Mix together parmesan cheese and Panko bread crumbs.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes.
3. Serve with tortilla chips, toasted bread or Triscuits.
We like triscuits best with this dish.
I don't think you are a bad blogger at all!! I love your work! My favorite "recipe" is so corny... but I love to smear peanut butter on celery and then sprinkle raisins on it. Yummy, protein filled, and easy!
Mmmm...delicious blog candy. How about super easy taco salad. I throw chips, refried beans, and cheese all together on a pizza pan and broil till the cheese is melted, then throw on chopped salad, tomatoes, olives, onions and it's done and a full meal.
Great candy! Thanks for the chance!
My idea for quick & easy cooking is pasta & sauce! I love me some pasta!!
Very nice blog candy! I would leave
a recipe but I am a vegetarian and
eat differently than most folks I
know.
You are not a bad blogger!! :) This Everyday Food show recipe is very yummy: http://www.pbs.org/everydayfood/recipes/eggplant_ricotta_bake.html
Yes...I was missing you, too. what a sweet idea to treat your fans to some candy. quick recipe:
take a block of cream cheese,
slap it on a plate, cover with chopped nuts and drizzle over hot paper jelly (microwave it right in the jar.) when the cream cheese softens dig in with crackers, garlic bread, etc. fast yet fancy looking.
Ooo ... I don't have either set. Thanks for the chance to win. I made Vanessa's Easiest Ever Pumpkin Muffins last weekend & they were fabulous:
http://vanessacovington.blogspot.com/2008/10/easiest-ever-pumpkin-muffins.html
I don't know that this is necessarily a "quick" recipe but it's one of my favorites as the weather gets colder.
Sweet & Sour Meatloaf
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small onion, chopped
crushed crackers (about 1/2 sleeve)
1 1/2 lbs Laura's ground beef
1/2 lb sausage
Mix tomato sauce with sugar, vinegar and mustard until dissolved. Set aside. Beat egg slightly -- add onion, crackers, beef & sausage, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture. Combine lightly but thoroughly. Shape in ovalloaf. Pour on remainder of tomato sauce mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
A couple notes about this recipe: Use a casserole dish or baker; you don't want the sides of the meatloaf to touch the sides of the pan; you don't want it to be too thick.
I pair this with homemade mashed potatoes. Yum!
Mashed Potatoes
Start with 1 - 2 red potatoes per person. After washing, cut each potato in half, then cut each half into quarters. Put the potatoes into salted boiling water. I boil for about 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and then return them to the pot. Add 1 pat of butter per potato(if you used 4 potatoes, use 4 pats of butter), a healthy dollop of sour cream and salt. Mash all of this together with a fork. Add more salt or sour cream to taste.
YUM!!!
I don't think you're a bad blogger...if you are, I *HAVE* to be worse! But I'll share a quick easy recipie anyways. This is my crockpot chowder that I take for potlucks at work.
1 can niblets
2 cans creamed corn
1 pkg little smokies (I like cheddar)
1 can evaporated milk
1 can diced potatoes.
dump in together, mix and let sit. Serve when it begins to steam. Crockpot version serves in 4hrs, stovetop in 20min when cooked on med.
enjoy!
Wow...great gifts...hope you'll try my favorite!!!
Chicken Scallopini
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
Italian Bread Crumps
Grated Parmesean Cheese
Butter
White Wine
Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Bread chicken breasts in mixture of 1/2 bread crumbs & 1/2 Parmesean cheese. Brown in melted butter. Add lots of sliced mushrooms, and pour 1/2-1 cup wine over top of chicken breasts. Lower heat and cook until very tender. Enjoy!!!
Glad you're back! Can't wait to see some new designs!!!
Cami: You are not a bad blogger but glad to see you back!!!!
Here's a great recipe I've tried many times now and everyone in the family likes it. Dump it and leave it until it's all done!
The Ingredients.
courtesy of Confessions of a Wacky SAHM http://www.freewebs.com/awackysahm/recipeblog.htm?blogentryid=2962170
--12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, or 6 boneless, skinless breast halves
--1 cup brown sugar (it's okay. you can brush your teeth after.)
--1/4 cup lemon-lime soda (stay with me...)
--2/3 cup vinegar (I used white wine, but think regular white would be fine)
--3 cloves smashed and chopped garlic
--2 T soy sauce (La Choy and Tamari wheat free are GF)
--1 tsp ground black pepper
The Directions.
Use a 5-6 quart crockpot for this recipe.
Plop the chicken into your crockpot. Cover with the brown sugar, pepper, chopped garlic, and soy sauce. Add the vinegar, and pour in the soda. It will bubble!
Cover and cook on low for 6-9 hours, or on high for 4-5. The chicken is done when it is cooked through and has reached desired consistency. The longer you cook it, the more tender it will be.
Serve over a bowl of white rice with a ladle full of the broth.
The Verdict.
Seriously. Go to the store. This is what's for dinner.
Everyone of your projects is worth the wait! It's your fault that I have a renewed interest (obsession) in stamping. Hope you always find time to enjoy your artistic passion. The most fabulous recipe requires a bread machine for French Bread dough: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/French-Bread-2/Detail.aspx Happy cooking!
Hey, we all have lives besides stamping (did I just say that?)! This is my all time favorite pizza recipe. My mom loves it too and I have to invite her over whenever I make it! Thanks for offering the blog candy!
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/wingless-buffalo-chicken-pizza-recipe/index.html

3. add veggies, stir in hoisin sauce
4. cook and stir until hot
You are not a bad blogger! I still love seeing all of your wonderful work!

Here's a cold weather favorite around our house: ham & bean soup. If you have five minutes to chop some carrots and celery, the rest just cooks itself :-)
http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=521256
Thanks for sharing the goodies!
Thank you for the opportunity to win! Love your blog... you are very inspiring!
I forgive you!! ;-)
The only easy recipe I know is the one with eggs, a can of chopped green chiles and jack cheese. Mix all in a bowl then pour in a pan and you get fake chile relenos! Supah easy - and you probably already have the recipe!
Don't feel bad! Thanks for sharing some candy.
Glad to see you back (though we understand life gets busy)! What a sweet idea to treat your fan club. ;-)
Hugs,
Crystal (SCS happy2stamp4ever)
Cami, Glad to see you're back! I was missing you! As for a favourite recipe, I love Becky Higgins' Chicken Caesar Pasta recipe found on her blog http://www.beckyhiggins.com/recipes. It's yummy and quick.
HI Cami
I have to say I love your blog!
My quick recipe is for
Taco Bake (from the kraft website)
Make Kraft dinner like usual and then add 1 cup sour cream.
Make taco meat (with the meat and add the pack of taco seasoning).
In a dish layer it like this
first 1/2 the KD mix
then all the meat
sprinkle with chedder cheese (as much as you like (we do approx 1 cup)
the rest of the KD mix
salsa (you can use as much as you want)
sprinkle with more cheese.
You can bake it but we pop it in the micro for 7 minutes.
I can make it in 30 minutes and the best part is the kids eat it without complaining!
Enjoy!
Thanks for the chance at blog candy!
God Bless
Catherine M.
Cami, We all have times in our life when things are hectic. I always check you blog to see what you have created recently. Take care of family first and we'll be here for your inspiration when life settle down.

Welcome back! You're NOT a bad blogger...life happens, especially when you have kids. I did miss your posts, I stop by often to get a dose of inspiration.
OK, so here's my easy-peasy "Everyone's Favorite Chicken" - one of the few meals everyone in my household enjoys: Spray a skillet with nonstick spray, and lightly brown both sides of 4 to 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts. Add one can of Cream of Chicken soup, and fill the can with water and add that, too. Cover the skillet and cook on medium until chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice and a veggie. Enjoy!
Ahhhh my dear.... life gets in the way sometimes!!!! Glad to have you back!
We all understand... life just gets in the way sometimes! As for a recipe - how about Enchilada Surprise:
In a 13X9 pan, layer the following
2 cans Ranch Style Beans
flour tortillas, torn into 4ths
cooked, crumbled hamburger meat
cheese (either Monterrey Jack or Cheddar-both good)
another layer of tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup (mixed with rotel to taste)
more cheese
Really easy & all my family loves it!
Welcome back! Love what you do! and you're not a bad blogger! just a busy one!
A quick recipe: Slick Chicken and Mushroom (A Campbell soup recipe).
Place in an oven dish: 4 boneless chicken breasts.
Cover chicken with a can of cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 can of chicken broth (or milk or water). Cook in 375F oven for approx. 45 min or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with veges (great with broccoli), rice or noodles.
(you can also cover the chicken with mozzarella cheese and place under broiler for a few minutes - once the chicken is cooked...).
Oriental 5-spice Salmon
2 tsp oriental 5-spice powder
1 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 Salmon filets
2 tsp light corn oil spread (I use Pam spray)
Mix the seasonings and then dip the salmon filets in it. In a nonstick skillet, melt the spread. Cook salmon 8 to 10 mintes until it flakes easily, turning once.
Serve with wild rice and a veggie or salad! Yummy!
Im just happy your back and can't wait to see what you will come up with next! Thank you for the inspiration!
Hi, Cami! Happy Fall! My favorite snack is caramel dip:
3/4 c brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. toffee bits
1 tsp vanilla
Mix until creamy. Serve with sliced apples or vanilla oreos. Yum! Thanks for the chance for blog candy.
You are not a bad blogger...life just gets too busy. I love reading your blog and checking out what's new! Keep up the good work.
Thanks
Lisa
Don't be too hard on yourself Cami...life gets in the way of all good intentions at times...I think we all realise that. Love these sets...we don't have them in our Aussie catty so my fingers are crossed. cheers!
Thanks for the chance I don't have either one of these sets.
My recipe would be my veggy dip. I use a small container or sour cream. Add two heaping tablespoons (the tablespoons we eat out soups with) full of Miracle Whip and about 1/2 to 1 tsp. of dill weed. Still good and chill and serve with your favorite veggies, it is yummy!
Angel hugs
Debby
I don't think you're a bad blogger!! I love all the inspiration that you provide (and have been a huge fan for years)! :) Thanks for always sharing your energy, enthusiam and ideas!
My favorite quick and easy recipe is dinner reservations ;-), but another one is to get some deli meat, some spreadable cheese like Boursin or cheddar spread, add tomato or other veggie, sandwich between your favorite bread, spray with cooking spray and grill in the George Foreman little grill. Yummmmm.
I love your fat Santa card! Thanks for all the great inspiration!!
glad to see you back and blogging... I kinda have fall to the way side of my blog as well.
Thanks for offering blog candy.
Here is a quick easy recipe:
Heat togehter the following 3 items:
1 can of black beans
1 can of mexi-corn
1 can of stewed tomatoes
Serve in a flour tortilla.
Garnish with sour cream and grated cheese.

Great candy! I visit your blog almost every day. Love your creations! Welcome back!!!
Do you use a crock pot? If so, check out this blog..
http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/search/label/chicken
I just found it today, and copied a lot of recipes :)
really enjoy your blog - Here's a yummy fall dip
Pumpkin dip -
1 can pumpkin (plain, not the pie)
4 c powdered sugar
2 blocks of cream cheese
2 t cinnamon
1 t cloves
Mix all together and serve with graham stix or vanilla wafers or ginger snaps
even quicker is to find pumpkin marmalade (at our meat specialty store) pour over a block of soft cream cheese. serve with Annie's Ginger Thins
My favorite quick recipe is a dessert. Apple dumpligs-
1 c Sugar
1 c butter
lil vanilla
2 cans crescent rolls
granny smith apple slices
1 can mountain dew
heat the sugar and butter together in a sauce pan, just until the butter is melted and the mixture is thick- roll one apple slice in 1 crescent roll, place them in a pan, pour the butter sugar mixture over them, then pour the mountain dew over them in the cracks and all.
Bake at 350* for about 20 minute or so until they are nice yummy brown.
This is not my own recipe- I got it from Pioneerwoman.com and it became an instant family favorite.
Thanks for the chance to win such awesome candy!
How about stopping by Costco and getting a ready to bake at home pizza for dinner? That's a good recipe! I must admit - I get bored wtih cooking this time of year for some reason. Try making some good tomato soup (I like Trder Joes' tomato and roasted red pepper - the kind in a box, not a can - it is fresher), with some yummy grilled panini style sandwiches in a counter top griller (ours is not George Foreman, but one just like that only cheaper!) I get some interesting spreads like pesto or sundried tomato, several differnet snadwich meats and cheeses and "take orders" from everyone, and they think they have gone to a fancy sandwich joint for dinner. Thanks for the chance to win! - Those sets are both on my wish list! Thanks for all your hard work on your blog - i love your stuff! And don't think anything of taking time off whenever you need it - surely no one can expect you to post when you don't have the time or the inclination!
We all get busy, we were up on our roof all day pulling up shingles and getting ready to put new ones on! I'm sore!
King Ranch Chicken
In large skillet add the following:
3 cooked & cubed ( I like to shred mine) chicken breasts or 3 large cans of cooked chicken
1 can Original Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 lb Velvetta cheese cubed
Once all cheese has melted and all ingredients are mixed well spray a 9x13 dish and add layer tortillas, then the mixture, then tortillas then mixture then tortillas. I top with shredded cheese and bake for 40mins or till heated through.
It is super easy, kids love it and you can freeze it too. We also substitute the tortillas with angel hair pasta to turn this into chicken spaghetti.
Forgot to tell you to set oven to 350degrees for the King Ranch Chicken.
Glad to see your back, and my easy reciept is "Take Out"! Love your work.
Love the blog... especially the Christmas cards.

I baked an APPLE PIE today and posted the recipe on my blog at Stamping with Serendipity. It's easy and delicious!
Welcome back! I always love reading your posts!
Hmm, an easy recipe:
1 package of Oreos
1 package (cup size) of cream cheese
Chocolate of choice for melting and dipping.
Crush oreos, blend with cream cheese in a food processor. Form into balls, dip in chocolate, let dry. Freeze or enjoy :D
Welcome back! Here's an easy recipe:
1 lb chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of Chicken soup (do not add water)
Ritz crackers
butter
Boil or roast chicken, tear or chop into bite size pieces. Stir in sour cream and soup. Put in a lightly greased casserole dish and top with crushed crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes--I'm not sure of the exact time but it doesn't take long before the edges are bubbly.
Glad to see you're back, I too peek in every day to see what you're up to!!
--Becca
Thanks great giveaway... I guess we forgive you for your absense... :-) I always check to see if you have anything new!
Hi Cami! Glad you're back! Anyway, this is a funny story. My sister-in-law made this last year while we were visiting them. I asked her for the recipe and this is what she said: Do you have a pen? I said, just a sec and I'll get a pen and paper...so I ran off and got pen and paper and was at the ready! She then said,"a brick of cream cheese - a can of chili" Dump both in a microwave safe bowl, cover and cook in microwave for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong your microwave is. Take it out and stir.....I asked her if that was it or if I add cheese or spice or mayo or sour cream...."Nope, that's it! Hope you got all that" Everyone I make this dip for LOVES it! Enjoy! (and thanks at the chance for new stamps!)
Cami, love those stamp sets! Here is one of my families favorite recipes!
Brown 1 lb. hamburger with diced onion, add 1 can drained green beans and a can of mushroom soup, season with garlic and onion salt and salt and pepper. Pour this into a casserole dish and mix up some instant mashed potatoes and add an egg to it and mix well. Spoon onto meat, green bean and soup mixture. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of mashed potatoes and bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
You already know that my favorite recipes involve a drive-thru!!
Couldn't get this to take my name for my Hamburger casserole! Eloise
Glad you're back, too...but we all understand! Thanks for the candy! Here's my recipe for a great appetizer: DRIED BEEF DIP
1 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 chopped green onions
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 jar dried beef (or less to taste)
Chop beef very finely and add to other ingredients. Stir well. Great with Triscuits or Wheat Thins!

Thought of some fruit dips for you, I make these when stamp club is at my house. Cut any type of fresh fruit to serve with them.
Healthy fruit dip
1 pkg crystal lite (we use iced raspberry)
1 lg vanilla low fat yogurt
Mix well and serve with fruit.
Not so healthy but oh so good fruit dip
1 pkg. whipped cream cheese
1pkg. marshmallow cream
Mix well and serve with fruit. Strawberries are the best.
Also use to frost brownies then place sliced strawberries on top.
Yeah! Love your blog candy. I also really love your blog, glad you are back! Sorry you have been so busy lately. Hopefully your little guy will be better soon! Bummer on the no dusting part!
Ahhh...can't pass up on the chance for some yummy candy!

I am sitting here right now making a Frankie and Frankette candy box. :) it doesnt get much cuter than that!
Have a great weekend.
Your blog is just wonderful. I get many ideas from you. I am NOT creative so I enjoy blogs like yours! Have a great weekend.
Welcome back! This is a super easy recipe that is a big hit in my house. I tweak it a tad by using ground turkey for the beef and I also toss in a small can of corn. I normally use nearly the whole bottle of bbq sauce so that you have extra sauce for the buscuits to soak up.
Cowboy Casserole
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can (16 oz) baked beans
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1. Heat oven to 425°F. In a skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
2. Stir baked beans and barbecue sauce into beef. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
3. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and butter until soft dough forms.
4. Drop dough by 12 spoonfuls onto beef mixture.
5. Bake uncovered 18 to 22 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melte
Cami - We all get busy! It's called life. I check back often to see what you've been up to and love your blog. My idea of a quick recipe is to have a professional chef make it. All I do is pick up! It can't get any easier for me. :)
I missed you - so glad you found time to stop in. Life is life - and family comes first. I'm happy to read whenever you find time to post. Thanks for the chance to win!

Glad to see you're back, I check your blog several times a week, so have such great ideas and are such an inspiration! My favorite "quick" recipe is a dip I am asked to make over and over again... Artichoke dip:
1 can/jar artichoke hearts diced
1 cup mayo
1 cup parmesan cheese
Garlic and onion powder to taste.
Put in the oven at 350 for about 20-minutes and serve with crackers....so good and fattening!
Thanks for the chance to win!!
Glad to see you're back! My quick recipe--
Corn Noodle Casserole
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 12 oz. bag of Extra wide egg noodles (cooked)
1/3 of a block of Velvetta cheese (Cubed or sliced)
1 stick of margarine
salt/pepper
Put in microwaveable dish and heat all together in microwave for 7-10 minutes until all melted together. (My kids love it~!)
Awww, don't feel bad. Nothing a little blog candy can't cure! I love to cook, but lately, my favorite quick recipe is just a salad, with lots of fresh fruit.
Purdy blog candy!
Macaroons
1 lg egg white
1/3 c sugar
1/8 t salt
1 1/4 c sweetened flaked coconut

Thank you Michelle
You are a great blogger - and an awesome designer!!! Thank you for all you share!
My recipe to share is:
Easy beef enchiladas
1 lb ground beef
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
corn tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
cooked rice
Brown the hamburger in a medium size frying pan. Drain, then add the enchilada sauce and mushroom soup. In another pan, soften the corn tortillas in a little oil. put some cheese in the corn tortillas, roll and put in the sauce. ( I usually can get 8-10 in the pan.) Make sure all enchiladas are covered in sauce. Cover the pan and simmer on low for 10 minutes to heat through. Serve over rice. I usually have shredded cheese and diced tomatoes to top it all off! It is really good! Enjoy.
I am glad I found your blog.
You inspire me to no ends.

My quick recipe is: EAT OUT!!!
But here is one that works if I MUST cook quick. Place 6 thick pork chops in greased casserole. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Generously top each chop with cube of butter and cover with maple syrup. Add a small amount of water to prevent burning. Bake at 325 until golden brown and tender. Bake uncovered about 1 hour. (Add 10 minutes more if thick chops). Really yummy....
Np problem at all, we all have things going on sometimes, just gald you're back!!
thanks
kisha
I don't think you are a bad blogger but I will sign up for the blog candy anyway!
A recipe for busy moms. Put two cans of Golden Mushroom soup into roaster. Mix in one package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix and place roast on top. Season. Seal roaster with tin foil (you want it to be as airtight as possible). Cooking time can vary but the longer you cook it at a lower temperature the more tender your roast will be. I usually cook for 6 hours at 250 degrees. When done, you take the roast out and put the gravy into a bowl and you are done. All you need to do extra is make potatoes. Easy Peasy!
Hope your week is blessed!!!
I just started stamping and enjoy it!!
Hello once again :)
Here is a recipe - sadly I dont follow measurements - I just put in and go...
Tuna meatballs
2 tins tuna
chopped onion (depends on how much onion you like - or use onion flakes)
2 eggs
mashed potato (as much as you want - may prefer more potato to tuna or vise versa)
bread crumbs (dont stress if you dont have use more flour)
flour to help bind.
Roll into balls, roll into flour and shallow pan fry. Easy but can get messy - every 6 or so balls your hands may get really gunked up so rinse hands in cold water and your ready to go again (helps roll better)
My niece and nephew can be fussy eaters (love meatballs!!) so called these fish meat balls and they actually asked for more.
Nice cold as a snack or reheated in the microwave.
Have a wonderful day!!
Sorry about your son. I understand about those allergies. It's good to know exactly what's causing the reactions. Anyway, I love your Santa card. What fun! Thanks. I love your ideas you come up with.

On top of whole grain bread in your favorite flavor, add:
- spicy mustard on one slice of the bread and mashed avocado on the other (they'll act as the glue to hold everything together)
- sliced tomato
- lettuce
- sprouts, if you like/have them
- sliced cucumber
- Munster or Swiss cheese slice
- Sliced turkey or chicken breast (optional)
Serve with pepperoncinis or bread and butter pickles...ENJOY!

Happy you're back! Here's a quick and easy recipe for iced tea: Add one package of iced tea mix to one 2-liter bottle of ginger ale. This works best if the ginger ale is at room temperature so that the iced tea mix can dissolve. After all the crystals have dissolved, add lots of ice and stir until chilled. I made this at my office and now whenever we have gatherings, I am always asked to make this. Enjoy!
Glad you are back, gee what did we all do before blog life? I can't remember!! I have a yummy recipe on my blog www.nelliesnest.blogspot.com for pumpkin bars...fast, too! thanks for the chance for the blog candy!

3 cup mini. marshmallows

1 Devils food cake mix
1 large box of Chocolate pudding (the kind you cook)
1 bag of Chocolate chips
First you want to spray a 9 x 12 pan in prep for baking. Set the oven at 350 degrees
Put your dry cake mix in a large bowl.
Cook pudding according to directions, Then gradually stir into dry cake mix until well blended, pour into prepared pan, pour chocolate chips over the top, then bake approx 35 minutes. Then ENJOY!!!
Any questions please feel free to email me.
I have an easy candy recipe for you:
Take a pretzel twist (small one) and put a rolo cup onto the top. Then put in the oven at 300 for just 3 min (watch carefully to make sure that it doesn't melt--just warm, so may take a shorter time). Then immediately press a pecan half onto the top. Great, easy little candy.
Thanks for sharing your "candy."

Love your blog! You are very talented and thanks for sharing.
Hurray! Cami's back!
I married a chef so I didn't have to cook, however, I do have something quick and easy:
Easy Peasy Fruit Dip:
1 pkg crem cheese
1 jar Fluff (16 oz)
Soften cream cheese.
Mix until creamy.
Serve with your fruit tray.
YUM. If you don't know what Fluff is (it's an East Coast thing), I really can't describe it... it's a whipped marshmellow topping that you eat with peanut butter on a sandwich ... oh so yummy ...
Thanks for the chance to win some yummy candy!
Thanks for the great blog candy Cami! I love reading your blog!! I am trying a new recipe today for Butternut Squash Chili, but may adapt it a little. Will let you know how it comes out in a day or two!!

Great blog candy!
If you need a dip to take a potluck, shred swiss cheese (1/2 lb. or 1 lb.), add mayo until nice and creamy and add some chopped onion. Refrigerate a couple hours and serve with crackers.
Coat a whole chicken with loads of sweet soy sauce and ground black pepper. Then bake!

welcome back...sorry no recipies I don't cook!! thanks for a chance to win great candy!
Since it is fall, here is a recipe for some really yummy pumpkin bars:
2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon - (not called for in recipe, but I also used 1/2 tsp ginger)
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/2 cup raisins
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened ( I used lowfat)
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, beat all bar ingredients except raisins with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in raisins. Pour into pan.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 2 hours.
4. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar on low speed until smooth. Spread over bars. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375°F. Decrease granulated sugar to 1 1/2 cups and baking soda to 1/2 teaspoon. Substitute 1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour for 1/4 cup of the Bisquick mix.
I love your blog. You have taught and inspired me so much.
I love getting inspriation from all your bloggers. Someday I may start too. Glad you are back.
I had wondered about you!! Glad you're back...and with candy too :~)
I love candy, especially the no calorie kind!
Wow!!! Thanks for a chance to win some yummy blog candy! Quick and easy recipe...frozen chicken breast thrown into a skillet with a little olive oil. Brown on each side then add 2 pads of butter and 1/2 - 1 c white wine, onion and carrots. Turn the heat down, cover skillet and let steam until fully cooked...(about 10-15minutes)
You have a healthy dinner with veggies all in one dish. I make this often...=) The white wine and butter makes a nice sauce. I always throw in some fresh or dried parsley too.
Glad you are back. Love to see your ideas. Here is a recipe from America's Test Kitchen:
RECIPE: Easy Minestrone
Small pasta shapes such as orzo and ditalini work best in this hearty, easy-to-make soup. Look for an "Italian Blend" of frozen zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and beans in your supermarket's frozen section.
Serves 4 to 6
6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 (15.5-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for serving
2 onions, chopped fine
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup pasta, dry (see above)
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen vegetables (see above)
1/4 cup minced fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper
Bring broth, beans, and tomatoes to boil in large saucepan.
Meanwhile, heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in broth mixture and pasta and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in vegetables and basil and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with additional olive oil for drizzling.
Don't feel bad, things happen for a reason but we are all glad you are back =)
There's a lot of cool looking recipes for you to choose from, I may even have to give one of them a try(lol).
You are definitely 1 talented lady, I enjoy visiting your blog!!
I love this time of year and my favorite snack is Chex Mix but who has time to bake it for an hour stirring every 15 minutes. So I make mine in the microwave.
Original Chex Party Mix microwave version
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 cups Wheat Chex cereal
6 cups Kelloggs Crispix
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 cup pretzels
Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl, add the seasonings and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and stir well until everything is coated. (Tip: add the Crispix first, the Wheat Chex last, they are really absorbent) Microwave on high for 2 minutes, remove and stir well. Repeat this step 2 more times. Then microwave for 1 minute and stir well and you are done. The timing is very important as is the stirring between the cooking. If you microwave it too long, the Wheat Chex will burn. Total time: Less than 15 minutes. Enjoy
Cami, Your a blast and I love your blog. Welcome back and as always, I'll check your blog daily...even check out the older posts.

Wow, if you think you're a bad blogger then I need to offer a LOT of blog candy. I'm glad you're back too. Love all your creations!
Cami, Enjoying your blog. These stamp sets are great ones, that I do not have.
Here is a quick recipe to throw together when you need something to take somewhere. It's my reliable one.
Cream Cheese Butter Squares/
Chess Bars/
Oowy/Goowy Bars (whatever you want to call it - it has many names, and they are YUMMY!)
1 box of BUTTER Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow or chocolate)
1 egg, well beatened
1 stick melted butter
----This will be stiff; spread in bottom of well-greased & floured pan (9x13). Spread margarine on hands to evenly spread, if needed. You may add pecan to this if you wish-but I like without.
Topping
2 well-beatened eggs
1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
1 box 10X powdered sugar
This will be runny. Pour our top of first layer (cake) and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
I love your work! I <3 Hungry Girl's Yum Yum Brownie Muffins recipe:
Yum Yum Brownie Muffins
1 box devil’s food cake mix (or any flavor cake mix)
1 can solid pack pumpkin (15 oz.)
Directions:
Mix the two ingredients together. Don't add anything else that may be mentioned on the box, such as eggs, oil, or water. The mixture will be very thick and you will be tempted to add in other things to make the batter smoother. DO NOT DO THIS AS IT WILL RUIN EVERYTHING! Place batter into muffin tins (or mini muffin tins) lined with paper, or sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 regular or 36 mini muffins.
Hi Cami. Glad you are back and you are not a bad blogger. We understand there are things in life that you get busy with. Sorry I don't have a quick recipe, but sure would love to win this blog candy. I don't have either set.

Pour the berries over the batter and butter. DO NOT STIR.
Pour the remaining sugar over the berries. DO NOT STIR.

Ahhhhh What awesome blog candy!!
Glad to see you back, Cami! I click over daily for inspiration!!
Quick Recipe (reflecting the cooler weather we are having here):
Mom's Chili
1 lb ground meat
1 medium onion
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
2 cans dark red kidney beans (do not drain)
lots of chili powder
dash or two Worcestershire sauce
salt, to taste
Brown ground meat until cooked through. Drain. Saute onion until slightly cooked through. Add meat, canned ingredients, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder. Let cook through. Add salt/more chili powder to taste. This can be ready in as little as 20 minutes and results in a thick, healthy chili that is not spicy (if you've ever had chili from Wendy's, it's similar to this). We serve this with cornbread, Frito's, oyster crackers, and/or cheese (depending on what I remembered to pick up at the store! lol)
Enjoy (and thanks for the chance to win some blog candy!)
~Jenn

I love almost any kind of candy, but blog candy is delicious without being fattening.
Here is my friends awesome brownie recipe.
Boxed brownie mix (ghirardelli)
Bake and cool.
Top with whipped white frosting
Melt 1/2 stick butter and 2 oz of unsweetened chocolate squares or 1 pkg nestle pre melted chocolate mix together and pour over the frosting. Make sure never to lick your fingers if you get the unsweetened chocolate on them(nasty). Also make sure the chocolate mixture has time to harden in the fridge. Cut and try not to eat the whole pan.

You are awesome. I've been going through recovery from 6 surgeries the last year and now physical therapy for my last surgery. And you brighten my day. I always visit to see the awesome work you do. Thank you a million times for doing what you do and sharing. I have a really quick and easy recipe that my husband actually taught me. He said he would make this during his bachelor days and all the guys would come over and chow down.
Enchilada Casserole
Pot or pan to saute ground beef
Deep baking dish
Corn Tortillas
Shredded Cheese your favorite kind
1lb gound beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1 small can of diced green chilis
1 can of niblet corn
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 large can of Enchilada Sauce
1 garlic minced or pressed
Salt to taste
Pepper pinch
Oregano about 1/2 T
Celantro about 1/2 T (dried) or chopped fresh
Now, very easy. Brown ground beef in a pot. Drain, put back into pot. In same pot add onion, Oregono, Celantro, garlic, salt & pepper. Saute for a few minutes to get all the ingredients mixed together. Add Enchilada Sauce and green chili. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Set aside. Take your baking dish and put a little layer of enchilada sauce on bottom. Now you're going to layer. Take your corn tortillas and dip them into your enchilada sauce mixture, just to coat with enchilada sauce and place into your baking dish. So, you want to cover the bottom with tortillas, now on top of that put a layer of your ground beef and sauce, and then a layer of cheese, then another layer of corn tortillas, then ground beef, then cheese, do this for about 4 layers. Now top with corn, cheese and mushroom soup. Bake for about 40 minutes @ 375 degrees. Let set for about 5 minutes before serving. mmm good. This is always a favorite at our house.

Hi Cami,
Love your blog and all you wonderful ideas. Thanks for the inspiration.
Jamie
I really enjoy your inspiration! Here's my meatball recipe. These are very good with spaghetti and sauce or as an appetizer. Very easy! This makes a lot so you can easily freeze some in a ziploc bag for later.
3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Mix well. Form into balls a little smaller than golf balls. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Loosen from pan and let cool.
Sauce if used as an appetizer:
2 cans jellied cranberry sauce
2-12 oz. jars chili sauce
Mix sauce together in a crockpot. Add meatballs. Simmer until hot through.
Enjoy!
Margie
