Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge #42
Hey cupcake! It's Friday baby! Time for Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge! Yesterday was my son's 15th birthday. I cannot believe I have a 15 year old! No, this wasn't his card.... LOL. I'm sure he would not appreciate my pretty pink chocolate cupcake. Today we are celebrating with family and he is having a friend over. Birthdays are so much fun when you are young.
If it were my birthday, I'd love this card. I bet you couldn't guess that huh? It's the first time I used my Brilliance Pearlescent ink. I got it a couple years ago when I went to WI and OMGosh is it gorgeous! Can you see the shimmer? And, it dries FAST. I can't believe I haven't been using this awesome ink. I "painted" the cupcake liner with the same ink using my aquapainter.
Here is the recipe:
Stamps: Simply Singles-Cupcake, Simply Singles-big Paisley. (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Paper: Baby Pink Medium (Prism), Chocolate Chip, Whisper White (Stampin'Up!).
Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black, Brilliance Pearlescent Orchid, Copic Markers.
Other: Coluzzle, Marvy Round Scallop (pink one), Liquid Pearls (Pastel Raspberry), Aquapainter, Vintage Brads, Crafter's Tool Kit, Dimensionals, Target Punch, Styled Silver Hodgepodge, Uni-ball White Gel Pen, Scor-Pal.
Here's the sketch.... hope you can play with us this weekend!

Have a great weekend everyone! Eat a cupcake if you can!!
