Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge #35

It's Friday baby.... TGIF! Time again for Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge! This one was hard for me... I think because I put it off all week and I was tired last night. Maybe it was too much chocolate for Valentine's Day... nah, no such thing as too much right? :)

I used scrap designer paper from Spring Fling and the Crew Kids Girl Scrappin kit. The stamp set is a new one that will be available in the Occassions Mini called Just Celebrate. I'm totally diggin this color combo and I HAD to have that scrappin kit on my first order from the new catalog. I haven't scrapped with it yet, but DANG do I love those papers! Just add a little pink and I swear any color looks good. *giggle*

Here is the recipe:

Stamps:
Just Celebrate

Paper: Wild Wasabi, Pretty in Pink, Basic Gray, Whisper White, Crew Kids-Girl and Spring Fling Designer Paper.

Ink:
Basic Black, Wild Wasabi, Basic Gray, Craft Whisper White.

Other: Dimensionals, Striped Ribbon, Large Oval Punch, Pretty in Pink Brads, Clippies (gift from a friend, not sure of the brand), Uniball White Gel Pen, Crafter's Tool Kit, Janome Sew Mini, Scor-Pal.

Don't forget to check out these awesbomb bloggers and include WSC35 in the keyword section when you upload your creation to the SCS gallery.

Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day! I got spoiled by my Valentine and had a wonderful day with the kids. THANKS for all the awesome recipes and don't forget to leave a comment (or better yet, a recipe) for your chance to win the blog candy! Thanks for stopping by!

Very cute card! You have me hooked on the rubons. We're in the hospital now for my son's transplant so I've been stamping to keep myself from going stir crazy! I changed my blogname too so I thought I would let you know.

Thanks for sharing your ideas!

I just love this card. It gave me inspriation to do an Easter card for a swap I've have coming up.
I've just posted my version on my blog and gave you credit for it.
Naturally, yours is better than mine, but I'm still pretty happy with my end result.
Thanks for the help!
Paula :)
