It's Wednesday!!!

No, I didn't forget about the last Wednesday BLOG CANDY give away!! :) I'm off to Eugene this morning. My son has an ortho appt and we have to drive two hours there, two back... good news is that I'm hopefully going to squeeze in a trip to Costco!

I'll be back this evening to post the last Blogaversary Blog Candy. Thanks SO much for all the nice comments and recipes! I wish I could give everyone candy!!

See you soon!

I can feel your pain about the driving. Everything for us is minimum of 30 minutes to 1 hour - which isn't so bad, unless you have to listen to Radio Disney the whole way there and back!!!

Safe travels,
Amy

WOW wht a long drive for you. I hope you brought a great book or a fun activity to help the time go by a little more quckly.
Here is a quick and easy breakfast recipe.
Oven Omelet
In a large bowl, beat together:
8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Stir in:
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 TBSP dried minced onion
Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

I hope the appointment goes okay. I have a kid who sees a specialist and I am thankful I don't have to drive too far to do it.

Hope you have a good day in Eugene, despite the drive there and back. I just moved to Utah from Eugene last fall, and I miss the Willamette Valley, the green, the rain!

Love blog candy! You can eat and partake and not gain an ounce! Here's my recipe for Thanksgiving sandwiches:

Toast two pieces of wheat bread (I just like it).
put MAYO on both sides.
On the left, place a slice of JELLIED CRANBERRY SAUCE.
On the right, place some STOVE TOP STUFFING.
On either side, place a bunch of TURKEY.

Slice that baby and you've got the best sandwich in the world!

Enjoy and pick me! Pick me!
