Qbee Easter Egg Box

Look at these cute Easter boxes! OMG, that Qbee over at SCS is a pure paper genius! Thank you SO much Brenda Quintana for sharing your awesome patterns!

We made these boxes at my workshop on Saturday. Inside holds six little chocolate eggs. I found out today, while making seven little boxes for my Grandma's card group, that the Dove eggs seem to stay put a little better in the holes.

The Happy Easter sentiment is stamped with White Stazon ink onto the acetate. I used the ribbon slot punch on the sides of the box and thread it through to keep in on and in place. Just push the punch all the way in and center it before you fold and glue your lid together. The little flower in the corner is from the Three for you Flower Punch Box. Again, do this before you fold and put together your lid. I used the poker and the spongy mat from the Crafter's tool kit.

The recipe:

Stamps: A Good Egg, jumbo Wheels: Petals, It's Beautiful , Whimsy. So Many Scallops
Paper: Barely Banana, Pretty in Pink, Shimmery White.
Ink: Regal Rose, Craft White, White Stazon, Palette Noir Black, Stampin'Write Markers.
Other: Round Scallop Punch, 3/4 inch Circle Punch, 1 3/8 inch Circle Punch,Acetate, Gingham Ribbon, Dazzling Diamonds, Two-way Glue Pen, Crafter's Tool Kit, Scor-Pal.

Today was the last day of Sale-a-bration. I'm sad. I love SAB time. A big thank you to my customers for making it a success once again. I'll show you the card we made later in the week. Thanks for stopping by!! Have a super week!

Stephanie.... it's not my creation. The box was designed by username Qbee on SCS... she was nice enough to share her pattern. Click on her name in the post and it will take you to her gallery and original post. :)
Thanks girls!!

I'm so HAPPY that your Grandma is okay, she's in my prayers. I love the relationship you two have. She couldn't miss her Scribbage game, too cute, LOL. The boxes are fantastic, awesome work, TFS.

Okay, not that I ever really *need* a reason to buy chocolate, but I used these boxes as my excuse! They are simply adorable, and I promptly printed the pattern and made 14 of them for different people at church. I think they will be so thrilled with a little thought in a box on Easter! Thanks for the continued inspiration.
