Awesome blog candy Cambria!! I have a few copics and every one is my favorite!! would love to add more to my "collection".
Here is an old family favorite. We call it "Booth Salad" because the Booth's that lived down the street from us were the first to turn us on to this recipe.
1 can pineapple chunks drained
1 sm can mandarin oranges drained
couple of handfuls of grapes
2-3 cups of mini marshmallows
1 8oz container of sour cream
Mix together and chill overnight

I haven't had the pleasure of trying Copics yet, since becoming unemployed--just no funds for crafts. So I usually use pastels or my aquapainter with ink. These would look really great in my stocking for Christmas. Thanks for the chance to win. darlene

I have one lonely Copic marker...it's a light skin-toned color. I needed that color so I thought I'd give them a try...and it's pretty cool! I'd love to try my hand at other colors....but, it's such a splurge! Thanks for a chance to win!

I don't have any Copics yet. I have been looking at them for awhile and drooling at the amazing coloring I see. I have been doing a bit of watercoloring lately and love the variation of color you get with these. Thanks for sharing!

I don't have many copics, so haven't really played much with them. But I love anything blue, so I'm sure I could find a favorite in there. What awesome blog candy.

I have not been lucky enough to use them or get them yet. So I really don't have a favorite color.
But, if I win these I would be happy enough to share my favorites.

I don't have any Copics but would love to win some. Right now I just use my SU! markers and aquapainter a lot!

I've been using Copics for a very long time. I love a lot of the colors, but if I had to choose one, it'll be RV02. I remember paying $3.75 for one. I understand it's now around $6.50! I'm so glad I purchased them when I did.

Thank you for your wonderful blog!!

My favorite color is Buttercup Yellow! I haven't had to refill it yet...but I'm thinking that time is coming soon! I only recently bought my Copics in September or so....so I'm still learning...but I can say, I'll never ever go back to anything else...these are the most superior color medium on the market! I currently have 31 "colors", but plan to add to that very very soon...and won't be happy until I have about 100 or so to play with!

One of my favorite Copic colors is sand. It seems to be useful for so many things. I don't have any refills yet as the Copics that I have still seem to be fine. I am trying to decide which refill to get first so that I have it on hand when I need it. I love using the markers that I have.

I have been using Prism Markers and wishing for copics. I just found out that the scrapbooking store about an hour from me now carries them. I am soooo thrilled. I can purchase a few at a time. With 8 kids who love to stamp and color as much as I do, I will have to hide them! HeHeHeHe....
BTW...I still stalk your work. You are my inspiration. Thank U for sharing!

I would love to win this! Thank you for a chance. I have bought about 5 Copic markers from Hobby Lobby (that is the only place I have found them) and they only sell them individually, not in sets. Haven't splurged online on any sets so this win would be so great!!!

I have been collecting a few individual Copic Sketch markers at a time, but still need more to complete a project. I love the purple tones so those are the first markers I purchased. I love the way they blend. I have been using Stampin' Up pastels and water color pencils and have recently tried the Koh-i-Noor Woodless Colour Pencils. The Copic markers are certainly the best and I would love to win some.

Oh my Gosh, the chance to win some of the awesome copics. Way too cool. I have been drooling over these now for quite some time. But haven't taken the plunge yet. Cami, I love your website and tutorials. Don't know what I would do without them. Here is a quick and easy recipe that my family always loved.

Take ground round, what ever it takes for your size family. Brown with chopped garlic and onion. Then simmer in stewed tomatoes, seasoned, if you like. I personally like a bite to mine, so I add some herdez salsa. Simmer for at least a half hour. Add frozen green beans, simmer until done. I use the petite frozen green beans from Trader Joes. Sometimes I add a few chopped potatoes, or rice. That stretches the recipe, if your feeding a large family. I serve this with garlic bread.
Hope you enjoy it. One of my families favorites.

Easy Turkey Casserole is
3 cups of diced turkey,
1 c of diced or shredded cheese
3/4 c of Italian dressing
2 stalks of diced celery
1/2 c of diced onion.

Mix all the above and bake for 25 minutes at 350 in a 8X8 baking dish. Top with 1/2 c of butter bread crumbs and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve with a fresh green salad.

My favorite copic markers are Prussian Blue, Sepia, and Sand.

Ok, so here's my copic story. My wonderful friend and SU demo, Jill C., took me away on a stampin mini retreat in Sept. It was a get away, de-stress and get happy after my husband depolyed kinda weekend (what better way to cheer up than to stamp for almost 3 days). It was awesome. It just so happened that Diana Crick was also one of the ladies on the retreat that weekend. I knew her name sounded familiar (love my score-pal) so I asked someone, who asked someone about her mysterious box of "stuff". She gave a few of us an awesome demo of the score pal but then I noticed them - the COPICS. Yeah! She was also kind enough to show me how they worked. Now I really wanted them!!! But frankly I don't have $300 to spend on (as my husband would probably say) "just markers". Not to mention I don't know where to start. To manke a long story short, this would be an exciting start! I'm also trying real hard not to think about the copics class my friend Jill told me about in Seattle this weekend. EEEEEKKKK....so close! I didn't want to spend the money on my hobbie this close to Christmas (but it's so close!). Anyway, sorry for babbling and thanks for sharing candy....mmmmhhhhhh baby!

Enjoy visiting your blog. Here's an easy recipe for some chocolate chip cheesecake bars.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars
1 - 18 oz. tube refrigerated chocolate chip
cookie dough
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
Cut cookie dough in half. For crust press 1/2 the cookie dough into bottom of greased 8" square pan. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. Spread over crust. Crumble remaining cookie dough over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Refrigerate leftovers. (can double recipe and bake in 9x13" pan.)

Wow - copics too cool! I normally use my SU markers since I only have 4-5 copics.

Best Beef Stew

It’s a nice one pot meal for clean up, but it cooks for several hours.

2 lbs stew meat
1 can Campbell’s tomato soup
1 lg onion
1 can Campbell’s beef vegetable soup
2-3 potatoes, cubed
1T Worcestershire sauce
3-4 carrots chopped salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Place raw meat in 13x9 casserole and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Chop vegetables and add to meat. I normally add 4 potatoes because we eat more potatoes and a couple handfuls of the baby carrots. Use more or less depending on your family’s tastes. Add both cans of soup. Fill soup can 1-2 times with water and pour over mixture. Cook covered for 4 ½ to 5 hours.

Perfect Pork Chops (Serves 4)

This is a new recipe that we absolutely loved. It sounds a little unusual, but the pork chops are very tender and favorable.

4 pork chops
Hot dogs (many/few as desired)
Onion, chopped
3T Brown Sugar (approximately - -more or less depending upon taste)
1 cup Ketchup
2, 16 oz cans Pork and Beans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork chops in 1 ½ quart glass deep dish. Pour beans over pork chops, keeping one can to measure next ingredients.

Take the one can and fill ½ with water (8 oz). Add brown sugar and fill the remainder of the can with ketchup (8 oz/1 cup). Mix well and pour over beans/chops.

Stir in onion.
Cook for 1 hour 15 minutes. Add hot dogs if desired, cook 15 more minutes.

Enjoy

What a great blog candy! I have been wanting to try these markers! Try these crackers next time you want a snack or need something to bring to a Christmas party:

Box of saltines
1 1/2 C. oil
3 Tablespoons of Crushed red peppers
1 package of dry ranch dressing

Line up the crackers vertically in a tupperware container. Combine everything and drizzle evenly over the crackers. wait 20 minutes then turn upside down. wait 20 minutes and turn back over and enjoy crispy yummy crackers!

This is great with Italian food, or just for a snack...

Enchiladas a La Pronto Delgado style!
Mission Tortilla chips (about bowl full)
cheese (about 2 cups grated)
diced black olives & chopped onions
1 can of your favorite Enchilada canned sauce
(homemade if you have favorite recipe)
toss all together in bowl making sure
that Tortilla chips are covered.
Place in microwave serving dish and
zap watching that cheese melts.
(time varies based on your melted cheese)
can add cooked chicken pieces also)
Once done serve with sour cream on top
delicious and so easy for a quick meal.
I would love to win copic markers and I
have heard of them and never have been
able to purchase them... thank you enjoy

Hi Cami,

I love your blog, and all the great ideas I get from your work. I don't have any Copics yet...I just can't seem to decide on a color or group of colors. That's what happens when I have too many to choose from. I do have my CTMH colors but I keep hearing "Copic, Copic, Copic". It's sure got me curious.

Have a great day!

I've been getting sets of Copics here and there for my birthday, anniversary, Christmas, etc.; its taken a LONG time to get the ones I have and there are a zillion (well...close ya know) more colors I need! I honestly haven't refilled any and have no idea what my favorite is...I just know I love them and must have them. LOL

Thanks for the great giveaway Cami!!

Honestly, I love all the colors, but I rarely use the purple/lilac colors. Blues of all kinds are my favorites. But the grays get their workouts, too.

Here's a quick Christmas Cookies recipe. It's an adaptation of rice krispie bars. Make the melted marshmallow stuff according to package directions. Then add green food coloring to it. Finally, mix in CORN FLAKES (instead of rice krispies. Don't overdo adding the cereal. You need lots of the green "gooie" stuff showing. Form into the shape of a wreath on waxed paper(keep your hands wet with water for easy cleaning of your fingers during this process). Add red hots candies for berries, and you're done. These are always the first to go in the Christmas cookies sales. Easy and fun to make, too. Kids love them.

COPICS - Now that has to be the best BLOG candy of the season.

I have some copics but who can ever have too many. The one I have refilled is the colorless blender. I swear you can almost use it as an eraser if you go outside your lines - especially for a lighter color.

What a generous giveaway! I refilled my E00 just recently. I haven't had to refill any others yet. I don't have any favorite combos because I haven't experimented enough to do that. So lastly how about an easy Pumpkin Pie recipe that was my great grandmas passed down to generations. Hope you make it and enjoy!

3/4 brown sugar
1 tbl flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tbl dark molasses

Mix sugar, flour, salt, and spice. Add rest of ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into 9" pie pan lined with unbaked pastry. Bake in very hot oven (450) 15 min. Reduce heat to (325) and bake until firm or about 40 min. Cool before serving.

Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip of choice and sprinkle with Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Every time I make this people fall over. Very Yummy!

Love my Copics! The one I have used up already and is my favorite is BG10 - Cool Shadow and I can't find it anywhere! Everyone seems to be out of stock on this one so I will keep looking and will be buying a reill when I find it....

My easy recipe for you:
1 box of Boursin cheese ( it is already mixed with fine garlic and ine herbs). You can find this in the cheese department. It is in a white and green small xardboard box. Unwrap it and and put it on a plate. If you want you can decorate around it with fruit or a little bit of finely chopped parsely. Serve with crackers or small pcs of baguette bread. Sometimes when I bbq steak just before I serve the steak I put a blob of the cheese on top of each steak. It really gives the steak a nice flavor and melts over the top! How easy is that? LOL! Enjoy!
